ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ESPA operates a strict NO-REFUND policy on all memberships and subscriptions, including but not limited to: Monthly Membership ($10/mo), Paid Signals ($60/mo), and Yearly Membership ($85/yr).

Once payment has been processed, you will receive immediate access to the corresponding services and digital content. Because the product is delivered instantly and is digital in nature, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancelling a recurring subscription will stop future billing but will not refund any prior payment. Access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with ESPA will result in permanent removal from all ESPA services and may be disputed.

By purchasing access to ESPA or joining our Discord server, you agree to abide by our rules and community guidelines.

ESPA membership is non-transferable. Sharing account credentials, login links, signals, or any other ESPA content with non-members is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your membership with no refund.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community at any time, with or without cause, for behaviour we deem harmful to the community.

ESPA reserves the right to modify pricing, content, services, or these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which ESPA operates.

ESPA collects only the information necessary to operate our service: email address, account/login credentials, payment information processed by our third-party payment provider, and Discord handle.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Payment information is handled exclusively by our payment processor; ESPA does not store credit card numbers.
